Information you give us directly: • Enquiries — when you fill out our contact form, subscribe to our newsletter, or communicate with us by email, phone, or WhatsApp, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, the service you are interested in, and anything else you choose to share. • Job applications — when you apply through our careers page, we collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, current location, the role and work type you are applying for, years of experience, a link to your CV, optional portfolio and LinkedIn links, and your written message. Information collected automatically when you visit our website: • Device and visit data — IP address, approximate country, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. • Interaction data — actions you take on the site, such as clicking a WhatsApp, phone, or email link, clicking links to our social media profiles or other websites, downloading files, clicking buttons, and submitting forms. • Advertising data — if you arrive from one of our ads, identifiers in the link that tell the ad platform which ad you clicked. This information is collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies described in Section 3.

We use the information we collect to: • Respond to your enquiries and provide our services • Review job applications and contact candidates about roles at Fynx • Send you marketing communications and insights (only with your consent) • Measure which of our ads and marketing channels lead to enquiries • Improve and optimise our website and services • Analyse website traffic and usage patterns • Comply with legal obligations • Prevent fraud, spam, and abuse, and keep the website secure Our legal bases for processing are your consent, our legitimate interests (such as understanding how our website is used and measuring our advertising), and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (such as assessing a job application or preparing a proposal). We process personal data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, and other applicable data protection laws.

Our website uses the following technologies: Google Tag Manager — We use Google Tag Manager to manage measurement tags on our website. It records website events (such as page views and the interactions listed in Section 1) and passes them to the tools below. Google Analytics — We use Google Analytics to analyse website traffic and user behaviour, including the interactions listed in Section 1. You can opt out using Google's opt-out browser add-on. Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) — We use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and to show relevant ads. It records page views and actions such as contact clicks, form submissions, and job applications. OpenAI Measurement Pixel — We use OpenAI's measurement pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising in ChatGPT. It records page views and actions such as contact clicks and form submissions, and may use identifiers from the ad link you clicked. Microsoft Clarity — We use Microsoft Clarity for session recordings and heatmaps to understand how visitors use our pages and improve user experience. Vercel Speed Insights — We use Vercel Speed Insights to measure page load performance. It collects technical performance data and does not use cookies. Country detection — To personalise parts of our website (for example, showing your country's flag colours), your browser sends your IP address to ipapi.co, which returns your approximate country. We store the result in your browser for that session only. Cloudflare — We use Cloudflare for performance and security, which may collect traffic data. Your choices: • Our consent banner, shown on your first visit, controls whether Google Analytics and tags managed through Google Tag Manager may use cookies for analytics and advertising. If you decline, Google tools run in a restricted, cookieless mode. • You can also block or delete cookies, and limit tracking, in your browser settings, through Meta's ad preferences (facebook.com/adpreferences), and through the privacy controls offered by each provider. • Disabling cookies may affect some website functionality.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share your information with: • Form and email providers — contact form submissions and job applications are sent through Web3Forms, which delivers them to our email inbox • Hosting providers — our website is hosted on Vercel and Amazon Web Services (AWS Amplify) • Analytics and advertising platforms — Google, Meta, OpenAI, and Microsoft, as described in Section 3 • Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants where necessary • Law enforcement or regulatory bodies when required by law Job applications are shared only with the people at Fynx involved in hiring. We require our service providers to keep your information confidential and to use it only for the purposes for which it was disclosed. Some of these providers, such as Google, Meta, OpenAI, and Microsoft, also process data under their own privacy policies.

Fynx operates across the UAE, MENA, and internationally. Our registered legal entity, Fynx Technologies Private Limited, is incorporated in India, and we serve clients across the UAE, EU, UK, USA, and Australia. Many of the service providers listed above store data in the United States and other countries. When we transfer personal data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in compliance with applicable data protection regulations, including the GDPR's standard contractual clauses where required.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. • Contact form submissions are retained for up to 3 years. • Job applications are retained for up to 12 months after we receive them, so we can consider you for future roles. If you are hired, your application becomes part of your employment records. You can ask us to delete your application at any time. • Analytics and advertising data is retained according to each platform's settings (typically 14–26 months for Google Analytics).

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our website is served over HTTPS and uses Cloudflare for additional security, and our forms include spam protection. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. CV links you share in a job application are hosted by the service you choose (for example, Google Drive or Dropbox). We recommend sharing them with view-only access, and you can revoke access at any time.

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 16, and we do not accept job applications from anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

Our website contains links to third-party websites and services, including WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by Fynx.
